These terms cover purchases from APOLOGIA PROVIDERS PTY LTD, ABN 50 160 412 368, ACN 160 412 368, Victoria 3786, Australia, through aplogia.com. Legal notices: info@aplogia.com. Payment questions: billing@aplogia.com.

The offer

Each product page states the goods price in Australian dollars. GST is not charged. The PayPal total is the goods only. Placing an order is an offer to buy those goods at that price. We accept the offer when PayPal captures the payment.

Delivery

We deliver in Australia and across Europe. Freight and the carrier are confirmed by email before dispatch and are not included unless we have written that they are. If we cannot deliver to the address, we will say so before dispatch and refund the goods payment through PayPal.

Risk and problems

Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the address you gave. If an item is faulty, email support@aplogia.com. Customers in Australia have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Customers in Europe keep the mandatory consumer rights of their country. Nothing on this site limits those rights.

What the products are

Products are household goods. Monitors and oximeters are for home readings. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not an emergency service. We do not claim a listing on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.

Payment

You pay with PayPal. We do not take card numbers on this website. PayPal's own terms apply to the payment. For customers in Europe, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes the payment.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
