What am I paying?

The price on each product is the goods total in Australian dollars. PayPal charges that amount. GST is not charged because the seller is not registered for GST.

What about delivery?

We deliver in Australia and across Europe. The carrier and the freight cost are confirmed by email before dispatch. Freight is not included in the PayPal total. We do not invent a flat rate.

How do returns work?

If you are in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law applies to faulty goods. If you are in Europe, you keep the mandatory rights of your country. Email support@aplogia.com and describe the problem. Payment questions go to billing@aplogia.com.

Is a monitor a medical service?

No. A blood pressure monitor and a pulse oximeter are household products for home readings. They are not a diagnosis, and we do not claim they are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. If someone is unwell, contact a doctor or emergency service.

Do the photos show the exact box?

No. They show the kind of object, not a promise about packaging, colour, or exact fittings. If a detail will decide the order, such as the fit of a rail, email us before you pay.
