What we collect

When you pay, the bag page sends your name, email, phone number, and delivery address to our server so we can open a PayPal checkout for the goods in your bag. PayPal then processes the payment. We do not ask for card numbers, and we do not store card details.

The contact form does not send data to our server. It opens an email to support@aplogia.com in your mail program. We receive that message only if you send the email.

Your bag and your cookie choice are stored in this browser (local storage), not in an account.

Why

We use checkout details to take payment and to deliver the goods. We use email you send us to answer you. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

PayPal

Payments are processed by PayPal. For customers in Europe, the PayPal contracting entity is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. Card data is entered on PayPal's pages.

Australia and Europe

If you are in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to personal information we hold. You can ask the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about privacy complaints. If you are in Europe, you can ask us for access, correction, or deletion of checkout details we still hold, and you can complain to your local data authority. We do not keep a separate order ledger; completed payments are visible in PayPal.

How long

Server copies of an unpaid checkout attempt are kept only in memory for a short retry window and are not written to a database. Email you send us is kept long enough to handle the question and any legal record that email creates.
